Florence Muchiri, a loving wife and mother of 3 children, is a healthcare professional and entrepreneur committed to serving others through her divine leadership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing and has built a career centered on delivering quality care whilst supporting the overall well-being of individuals and families.

Being involved in ministry as a part of the praise and worship team, she completed a Women’s Leadership course through Jakes Divinity School, where she deepened her leadership skills and ability to serve with integrity and vision with a faith-driven purpose. 

Alongside her husband, Florence co-founded Oasis of Hope, a home care business focused on providing dependable, personalized care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Her clinical background experience guides the organization’s mission to uphold dignity and excellence in home-based care.

In addition to her professional work, Florence is a passionate advocate for the mental health and spiritual development of young individuals. She is passionate about mentorship and initiatives that promote emotional strength, faith, and healthy identity in the next generation.
