Elizabeth A. Oduor has worked as a civil servant with over 20 years of experience at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where she served as a Senior Equal Opportunity Specialist, Government Technical Monitor, Investigator, and Field Economist. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has been guided by an unwavering commitment to integrity, stewardship, and empowerment, using financial strategy and compliance as tools to advance equity and sustainable impact.
Rooted in faith and purpose, Elizabeth believes in transforming lives through intentional leadership and authentic service. Her work and life reflect a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations steward their resources wisely and align their actions with values that uplift communities.
Away from work, Elizabeth is actively involved in her church, where she has mentored young women and served in both the Hospitality and Missions Departments, the latter taking her on a life-changing journey to Guatemala. Outside of church, she volunteers with Uplift Hope, serving the homeless in the City of Dallas.
For fun, Elizabeth enjoys traveling internationally, making new friends, and visiting museums, where she loves learning about the history and culture of each country she explores. Her life is a testament to faith, generosity, and joy lived fully and boldly for God’s glory.
